Took Chris‘ class for some technique practice and sparring today. At the end of the session, it was three rounds of sparring á 3 minutes. In the third round, I got kneed to the ribs, which wasn’t particularly convenient, considering the fact that I got slammed [the other day] and still haven’t fully recovered. Guess I’ll have to cut back on sparring for the next couple days. Then again, I just might partake in sparring tomorrow and cut back on sparring over the next week…
Well, anyhow, I got my hands on the promised pictures of yesterday’s sprinting session (though my email account ist still down), so here they come:
Tomorrow, I’ll hit the weight room for the last time before the fight and thus finish [another tasty 5/3/1 cycle]. Status updates to come.
